Karachi, December 18, 2025: Day Four of the Young Leaders Conference (YLC) 2025 unfolded under the theme Manifesting Economic Leadership, placing a strong focus on the role of youth in shaping resilient, ethical, and inclusive economic systems in Pakistan.

The day opened with Breaking Bread, an interactive session led by Day Champ Shireen Naqvi, setting the tone for meaningful conversations around corporate conduct, leadership ethics, and professional responsibility. This was followed by Manifesting Economic Leadership, which highlighted financial literacy, value creation, and responsible decision-making as essential pillars of sustainable economic growth.

Participants explored real-world financial dynamics through Money Matters by Ammar Sabzwari, while the panel Generations at Work brought together leaders across age groups to discuss collaboration, workplace culture, and evolving leadership styles. High-energy breakout sessions immersed participants in experiential learning, mock interviews, freelancing pathways, corporate preparedness, emotional intelligence, and the much-anticipated Shark Tank YLC, where innovative ideas took center stage.

A session by Accelerate Prosperity provided practical exposure to entrepreneurship, enterprise development, and financial resilience, equipping participants with tools to navigate economic challenges and opportunities.

Toward the later part of the day, Economic Opportunities for the Youth of Pakistan by Raza Pir Bhai offered insights into emerging sectors, evolving skill demands, and pathways for upward mobility in a rapidly transforming economy.

The day also featured An Ethical Dilemma, a thought-provoking session led by Fatema Kausar, which challenged participants to reflect on the responsible use of artificial intelligence and ethical boundaries in an increasingly technology-driven world.

The day concluded with a focused capacity-building session led by Waleed Anwar, reinforcing key learnings and equipping participants with practical skills to navigate economic complexity with confidence and integrity. Day Four reaffirmed YLC’s commitment to preparing young leaders who can navigate economic challenges with innovation, responsibility, and purpose.
